What's a collection?

The Scolab platform offers a wide variety of activities for all math concepts at every grade level. Since the reality of each class differs, we have implemented a new tool to facilitate your planning: the collections!

Collections now allow you to create the appropriate learning path for each group of students. As you explore the activities, you will be able to group and sequence them in one (or more) collections that you will have created, named and described in order to meet your needs and those of your students.

They will be accessible from the Collections section located in your menu. Once shared, they will also appear in the Collections section located in the student menu.

In addition, these collections will be linked to your profile and will follow you from year to year!

Here are some examples of collections:

  • A collection for the work to be done during the week

  • Another to group together activities that will help students review a concept seen previously

  • A collection of challenge-based activities for students who have completed classroom work

  • A collection for the year-end review

Let your imagination be your guide!
