How to reset your password ?

For the students, an email address is not mandatory to create an account. Therefore, it might be impossible to reset the password. To avoid that unfortunate situation, we recommend specifying recovery e-mail in every student account. Here is an article that explains how to do it!
CAUTION: Some school or district networks don't let students receive emails from outside the network with their school addresses.  In these cases, the teacher will have to change their password for them.

If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password? option at the login screen (or any other part of the website that offers the option).



You will then be asked to enter the email address associated to your account.

Once you receive the email with a link to reset your password, simply click on "Reset password".
You'll then be prompted to choose a new password. Once you have entered the new password, you can simply go to the sign in page to log in.



If you don't receive the email, check your SPAM inbox or reach us at customersuccess@scolab.com.

My account is not activated. I don't have an email in my account and I forgot my password.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to reset your password. You will have to create a new account with the activation code you received. Don't forget to add your email address.
