I did not receive the password reset email

I did not receive the password reset email

Schools and schoolboards sometimes enforce security policies that may limit incoming emails sent by Scolab or other third parties. This situation may interfere with our password reset system, among other email-dependent operations.

If you can’t reset your password in this way, chances are that you will not receive our support team’s replies if you ask for help via email.

Solutions to consider

For a student account
Your teacher has the necessary tools to give you a new password from their account.

Check your spam
If one or more emails from Scolab end up in the junk mail section, you can authorize them to land in your inbox.

Check with your school’s IT manager
Scolab’s domains can be authorized for email exchanges within the system’s security setting.

The list of domains to authorize :

system@netmath.ca
support@netmath.ca
*.netmaths.net
*.netmath.ca
*.sg.netmaths.net
