Upon login in, I'm receiving a message that my account is inactive even though it has been activated.



When this message appears, you must select one of the 3 options that are offered to you : Teacherparent or student

Your selection will lead you to one of the following :

TEACHER


PARENT


STUDENT



If you are certain your account is activated, bare in mind that it is possible the login information you have entered is not the same as the information you have registered at the activation of your account.

In this case, If you are a teacher or a parent, you can reset your password.

If you are a student, your teacher will be able to reset the password linked to your profile.
